Sending costs resources, not gas
A TRON transaction consumes bandwidth, and a smart-contract transaction — which a token transfer is — consumes energy as well. Every account receives a free bandwidth allowance each day, energy is obtained by staking TRX, and when neither covers the transaction TRX is burned to pay for it (TRON Protocol documentation). So the cost of leaving TRON depends on what your account holds, not only on the provider you choose.
Arriving is the expensive half
What lands on Ethereum is an ERC-20 balance (Ethereum.org), and delivering it costs the provider an Ethereum transaction. That is why quotes on this direction sit higher than on the way back to TRON, and why they move during the day as Ethereum gas does. The table timestamps every quote for that reason.
Direction changes the answer
The cheapest provider from TRON to Ethereum is often not the cheapest one going the other way — each holds different liquidity on each side. Treat the two directions as separate questions and compare each on its own page rather than assuming symmetry.

By moving the funds, not converting them. TRC-20 USDT lives on TRON and ERC-20 USDT on Ethereum, as separate balances; a bridge or an exchange withdrawal moves value between them, and both routes are priced above.
Why does the transfer cost more than one on TRON?
Because the expensive end is Ethereum. Delivering a token there costs the provider an Ethereum transaction, and that is reflected in the fee — the same route in reverse is usually cheaper.
Do I need TRX to send?
Some, yes. TRON transactions consume bandwidth and energy; a free daily bandwidth allowance covers small transactions, and beyond that TRX is burned or staked for resources.
What do I need on Ethereum afterwards?
ETH, for any transaction you make there. The arriving stablecoin cannot pay for its own next move, which catches out anyone who transfers exactly the amount they need.
