Solana to Base

Two things decide this route: how many providers bridge your token out of Solana at all, and which USDC you end up holding on Base. The table above answers the first; this page covers the second.

Fee is everything lost between what you send and what you receive. Where the transfer goes through us — the widget on this page — our integrator fee is already inside that number; the other providers are quoted at their own price. Gas on the source network is listed separately. Quotes refresh every 60 seconds while this page is open.

Via an exchange

Withdrawal fee to Base on major exchanges. Depositing to the exchange, trading fees and account requirements are not included.

Bridge through LI.FI

The widget executes the transfer through LI.FI. Its quote includes LI.FI's fee and our fee of 0.10%.

Risk: Crypto assets are volatile, and transfers between networks can fail or lose funds. Quotes can change before you confirm. Nothing here is financial advice.

Disclosure: We earn a fee when you bridge through the widget on this site and may earn from exchange referral links. Routes are ordered by the amount you receive, not by what we earn. Full disclaimer

Check which USDC you receive

Circle issues native USDC on Base, and the older bridged USDbC still circulates there (Circle). They are separate contracts. A wallet can show both under similar names, and an exchange credits a deposit only for the one it lists. The quotes on this page are for native USDC — worth knowing if the plan is to deposit the result somewhere afterwards.

Gas at the destination is ETH

Base takes transaction fees in ETH (Base documentation), not in the stablecoin you are moving. Arriving with exactly the amount you sent means arriving with no way to send it anywhere else. The fee in the table covers the transfer, not your next transaction.

Provider support is the bottleneck

Bridging out of Solana is not supported uniformly: the same provider may quote one token and decline another on the identical route. The Quote sources column shows how many answered, and where fewer than two confirm a route we do not present it as a comparison at all.

Or through an exchange

A deposit on Solana and a withdrawal to Base is a separate path, with its own fee, minimum and account requirements. Where we have checked the fee, that row appears beside the bridges — including when it is lower.

Questions

How do I bridge from Solana to Base?

No official bridge connects Solana and Base, so the transfer runs through a provider holding liquidity on both sides. Send to a Base address, which uses the same hex format as Ethereum.

Which USDC arrives on Base?

Native USDC, the token Circle issues on Base, is what these routes deliver. The older bridged USDbC also circulates there, and the two are separate contracts — an exchange credits a deposit only for the one it lists.

Do I need ETH on Base afterwards?

To move the funds again, yes — Base charges transaction fees in ETH. The arriving stablecoin cannot pay for its own next transaction.

How long does it take?

No network delay applies to this route, so the time is set by the provider rather than by Solana or Base. Each publishes its own estimate in the Time column, and "no data" where it gives none.
